Click here to see our photos!!! So Far.

We have done an online photo album of some of our photos for anyone who is interested in seeing where we live.
Thank you for all the lovely messages. We have also sent tonnes of postcards but the post seems to be so laid back that they seem to be taking forever. (Or some saddo stole them to read because they were just soooo exciting, tee hee hee).
Just click on the link above or click on 'our photo album' under our links on the right. Hope its simple enough to use. Its easier this way rather then sending photos to people, like I said, the staff at the post office but tanning themselves at the beach.
If anyone wants to send us some photos (please do) our bushiesontherun email does not have very big memory so send them to: hannahandjason@gmail.com
Lots of love us xxxxx

We have somewhere to live!!!!!

Yipppeee we have found somewhere to live. We were lucky enough to come across a very laid back Russian lady who was not bothered about us not having references or jobs. We have a one bed unit in a complex about 10 min drive out of the city and about 10-15 mins to Scarborough Beach. (Very popular with the trendy surf dudes).
The complex has a small pool and a shop.
We have been getting all the boring paperwork stuff out of the way and have started going to the beach. Also been watching a bit of the Commonwealth Games on the telly.
Have been sad enough to join a video hire place so we can watch all of 'Lost'. Jase has been desperate to watch it for ages and now we are addicted.
Will get photos sorted soon. Thanks for all the lovely messages. Love Hanny xxx

We are Here!!!

Hello we have made it here in one piece and got through immigration without any hic-ups. (Amazing knowing our luck).
Had an amazing stay in Singapore, the hotel was amazing and we felt like rich honey-mooners. We got such a deal for a five star hotel and they gave us fantastic service. I highly recommend anyone to stay at the Shangri-La, Orange Grove in Singapore. It was a bit of a dream come true. We went to Sentosa Island and had to get cable cars from the 15th floor of a tower block, then went higher!! While on this island we ignored all buses and warnings from the locals and took it upon ourselfs to have a walk to see some pink dolphins (Which were not painted just to keep the tourists flocking they naturally turn from grey to pink, or so they told us!!!!) Anyway the SPIDERS they were huge! They could have carried us off into the woods never to be seen again! Plus half way along we saw the sign saying 'Warning F'ing big lizards on the loose, most likely to kill and eat you whole!!
Singapore itself is very busy and the ladies all have lovely shoes. The shopping centres are huge and even got a bit frightened of the height on one of the escalators (nine floors high!). Oh well all good training for when we attempt to climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
We are now in sunny Perth and the temp today at midday was 39 degrees. The hottest we have seen since we have been here. We are currently in a holiday apartment a short walk from the city which has been ideal. Have spent most of our time so far trying to find somewhere to live, not easy when we are British and have no jobs and no references. We are having to console ourselves with the beach (such a hardship). Went in the sea for the first time tonight for an evening swim to watch the sun go down before tea.
We saw our first Black-widow spider the other night, when I say we 'saw it' we danced around the streets of Perth with this blood thirsty beast trying to eat our toes! Lucky we are extreamly athletic and managed to out run this black beast, not without loud girly sqeals trailing off into the night!
Anyway that is enough for now as you will all be fast asleep. Thank you for reading.
Lots of love Hannah & Jason.
